Grill Mule is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

7. Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address. Grill Mule is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages

Grill Mule is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Grill Mule will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
